JUNE 10-12 KIDS CRUSADE A GREAT SUCCESS

329 children across Central Ohio gathered in Chillicothe for the 3rd annual KIDS CRUSADE.  This years attendance included several unchurched children reached through the local school system in Chillicothe.   Alters were lined in every service with 40 children accepting Christ as their Savior.   One went to the altar for Sanctification and one adult recommitted her life to the Lord. Prayer requests ranged from broken families to sick loved ones.   Several businesses donated funds to see that no child was left behind and even responded with a networking of individuals to serve on the council and give countless hours to help get the message that all can unite together and bring wholesome entertainment to many underprivileged children.    Each child attending only had to pay $20 with half that providing them a day of fun at Fort Rapids.   Only Heaven will know how many seeds were planted in the childrens hearts as well as the impact in the community in the name of the Lord.  To God be the glory, great things He has done in Kids Crusade 2010.    Thanks to Rev. Jerry Carpenter, Pastor at Chillicothe Westside and District Children Director, Kim Bobb for their efforts in making this event a success to reach children for Christ.
