Biby Park Memorial "Quizzer of the Year" Award:

The Biby Park Memorial "Quizzer of the Year" Award is presented to the Children’s Bible Quizzer selected from nominations submitted by each church who has a CBQ program. This is an annual award (plaque/trophy) presented to the nominee elected at the District Quiz Finals. Also there is a traveling plague with the quizzers name and church on it, that is to be displayed in each church for the duration of the quiz year.

NOMINATION GUIDELINES:

1. Only one quizzer nominated from each church
2. Consider scores at practices and how well the quizzer retains God’s Word (don’t use this as the only guideline; (e.g., the top scorer may fall short in other areas)
3. Consider attendance at quiz practices
4. Consider behavior at practices and quiz competitions
5. Consider the quizzers Sunday School and Church attendance record
6. Consider the quizzer’s overall Christian Character
7. School & outside activities that reflect a Christ-like Spirit may also be used

Your nomination should be the one quizzer that stands out above others in their attitude, behavior and knowledge of the Scriptures you are studying.

A complete resume of each coach’s nomination is required to be mailed to the District Director at least one month PRIOR to the District Quiz Finals, in order to allow time for a panel of judges to make a selection and get the awards engraved.
